Establishing Quality Management System and working continuously on business operations upgrade, SMATSA llc confirms its determination to constantly and fully meet users’ requirements. As a proof of well-established Quality Management System in 2010 SMATSA llc got and has been maintaining since then, ISO 9001 certificate. ISO 9001 certificate covers following services and functions: ATM/ANS – services and functions, Air Traffic Services (ATS), Airspace Management (ASM) function, Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) function, Flight Procedure Design (FPD) service, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services, Meteorological Services (MET), Aeronautical Information Services (AlS), together with development of navigation charts; Flight Calibration (CAL) services; Air Navigation Services Personnel Training (TRE), specifically: ATCO, ATSEP and meteorological personnel; Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) and Maintenance Organization (MO).

Quality Management System’s structure was adjusted to SMATSA Llc’ organizational structure in order to meet SMATSA llc needs and to provide documents of all business processes that could have an impact on quality and safety of the services and their effective application. In compliance with ISO standards’ requirements, SMATSA llc Management System Policy and set objectives, processes which ensure efficient system functioning are followed, maintained and upgraded.

In order to maintain certificate, external certification company conducts audit once a year of quality management system (QMS) in SMATSA llc, pursuant to ISO 9001:2015 standard’s requirements.

By confirming validity of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, SMATSA llc clearly demonstrates its determination to constantly upgrade its operating processes as well as to fully meet users requirements.
